HIIT. - High-Intensity-Interval-Training -

This includes numerous rounds alternating between several minutes of explosive anaerobic high intensity movements to get your heart rate up to 80% of max, followed by shorter perids of low intensity for recovery.

The main aim is to get your body out of it’s comfort zone.

You need a basic level of fitness before starting a HIIT class.
